The Census Bureau released both the ACS 5 – Year Estimates as well as the 2020 Demographic Analysis Estimates with a U.S. population estimate as high as 336 million. A federal judge ordering the Census Bureau’s compliance with the House’s subpoena over data irregularities is also requiring the immediate release of plans and procedures documents.
The Supreme Court declined to rule on the President’s plan to exclude illegal immigrants from the reapportionment count.
