Missouri
Missouri’s House passed a congressional redistricting plan and sent it to the Senate.
New Hampshire
Governor Sununu signed the General Court’s state Senate redistricting plan into law which was quickly challenged, along with the previously enacted state House plan, as an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander. The state House passed a congressional plan and sent it to the Senate.
Ohio
Ohio’s Redistricting Commission resubmitted its third set of legislative plans to the Ohio Supreme Court for approval, prompting renewed requests to hold the members in contempt.
South Carolina
South Carolina partially settled the lawsuit challenging its enacted redistricting plans after agreeing to enact a new state House plan in exchange for the plaintiffs’ dismissal of the claims against it.
