CASE SUMMARY
On January 31, 2024, twelve plaintiffs filed a civil action in the Western District of Louisiana alleging Louisiana's newly enacted congressional map violates the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
A consolidated preliminary injunction hearing and trial was held April 8-10, 2024.
