Case Summary
On September 15, 2025, a group of plaintiffs brought a challenge to the "flawed" statistical methods used during the 2020 Census, sought a declaration that the 2020 Census report was unlawful, a new 2020 Census report that does not use statistical methods, an injunction against future use of these flawed statistical methods in the 2030 Census, and requested a three-judge court to consider their claims.
