Plaintiffs brought suit against Missouri's State Senate Districts for unconstitutionally dividing communities. Plaintiffs lost at the circuit court and appealed to the Supreme Court of Missouri.
The Supreme Court of Missouri affirmed the circuit court on February 14, 2024.
