CASE SUMMARY
Pursuant to the Colorado Constitution's redistricting procedures, Colorado's Independent Legislative Redistricting Commission is required to submit their final approved legislative plans to the Colorado Supreme Court for a mandatory review and approval process. The Commission filed their final plans and petition for review with the Court on October 15, 2021 and on November 15, 2021 the Colorado Supreme Court issued an opinion approving the Commission's final legislative plans, thereby allowing them to go into effect.
